Services:
The Easy Raffle software requires a digital registration code to enable all features of the software.
The registration code will only work with the version of the software for which the registration code is designed.

Price:
The full price is shown on the payments page and is valid at the time of payment only.
All prices are in UK pounds sterling.
Any conversions shown in different currencies are approximations only.
I am not registered for VAT.

Delivery:
Delivery is by e-mail only and there is no extra charge for this.

Payment:
Payments can be made by any of the options on the payment page and all payments must be made in advance.
Please note that we cannot take orders or payment by telephone.

Cancellation and refunds:
Online payments...
After your online payment has been completed you will be sent a registration link via e-mail.
You may cancel your order and ask for a full refund before you complete your registration.
You should contact us via e-mail to request a full refund.
If you use the registration link and complete your registration you will no longer have the right to cancel your order.
Once your registration details are in my database you are deemed to have completed your registration.
