Services:
The service I am offering is a digital registration code that will enable all the features of the software. The registration code will only work with the version of the software for which the registration code is designed.

Price, delivery and delivery costs:
The full price is shown on the payments page and is valid at the time of payment only. All prices are in UK pounds sterling. Any conversions shown in different currencies are approximations only.
Delivery is by e-mail only and there is no extra charge for this.

Payment:
Payments can be made by any of the options on the payments page and all payments must be made in advance.
Cheques and postal orders should be sent to the address above.

Cancellation and refunds:
Online payments
After your payment has been completed you will be sent a registration link via e-mail. You may cancel your order and ask for a full refund before you complete your registration only. You should contact me via e-mail to request a full refund.
If you use the registration link and complete your registration then you will no longer have the right to cancel your order. Once your registration details are in my database you are deemed to have completed your registration.
Cheques and postal orders
If paying by cheque or postal order you will be sent an e-mail with your registration details when payment has been cleared. You can cancel your order before your registration e-mail has been sent only. You should contact me via e-mail to cancel your order.
